A kind approach
to building strength

In-person, strength coaching built around free-weights, focused on learning, confidence, and sustainability.

I’m Dilliane, a strength coach with a background in physiology and sports science. I offer individual, in-person strength coaching focused on progressive free-weight training, grounded in respect for individual capacities.

Working together

Sessions are tailored to your experience and goals, with an emphasis on building skills, confidence, and a sustainable, long-term relationship with strength training.

As a coach, my role is to guide movement, share knowledge, and support learning. I provide structure and progression, but the work itself is collaborative and shaped by ongoing dialogue.

There is a weightlifting bench on the left, a weight sled with weights in the foreground, and a large black metal power rack with various attachments and weights on the right.

The Space

Training sessions take place at Ladies Who Lift, a women-focused strength studio in Glasgow.

It’s a private studio space, used only by clients and members, with step-free access suitable for wheelchair users.
